NoBlue and SYNETY Release Integration of CloudCall for NetSuite
NoBlue, a UK-based NetSuite Solution Provider, is pleased to announce a new integration that allows SYNETY’s CloudCall to work within NetSuite.
The integration was developed by NoBlue, who provide innovative and flexible cloud-based IT solutions designed to help growing businesses and established enterprises achieve their business goals whilst boosting productivity, eliminating inefficiencies and driving growth.
CloudCall for NetSuite offers users the ability to drive their telephony functions directly from their CRM system.
One of the main features of the integration is SYNETY’s click-to-call functionality, which allows users to initiate calls directly from NetSuite. This increases user efficiency and productivity. Alongside this, all calls are automatically logged, categorised and recorded, reducing the risk to the business.
In implementing CloudCall with NetSuite, users will have access to the SYNETY Portal, which gives them the opportunity to view real-time performance analytics and dashboards that will allow managers to monitor their team’s activities.
