Project Summary
Utilising a variety of systems, Easy Composites felt it was time to unify their systems to give them the platform they needed to continue advancing. Difficulty in combining eCommerce, accounting and CRM software, and a need for more controlled Inventory, led Easy Composites to push ahead with a NetSuite system ready to alleviate their issues.
In collaboration with Easy Composites, we were able to identify the unique business processes significant to Easy Composites and map them to NetSuite. To ensure the system fully reflected Easy Composites needs, we were able to develop a custom Shipping Application that communicated directly with NetSuite to produce a seamless and bespoke Warehouse Management System. With reference to Easy Composites complex labelling and materials accountability requirements, we were able to create an automated system capable of supplying standardised Dangerous Goods Notes only usually the reserve of a huge corporations system.
Easy Composites’s website was built to replicate the usability and design of their old site, but to also incorporate the business benefits communicating directly with NetSuite would bring. Using our own developed eCommerce platform, Easy Composites can manage their website within NetSuite; in terms of: appearance, items or orders. Orders are stored directly in the NetSuite system and can be accounted for there and then; no extra importing of data to Sage required!
The website utilises various Payment Gateways set up by us, including a PayPal integration. We have also recently added a uniquely developed eBay orders integration to keep all eCommerce unified in NetSuite.
