In their review, they looked at the pros and cons of NetSuite, ACT, Salesforce, Infusionsoft and Zoho. When reviewing CRM software, MoneySaving Pro recommends considering the following factors:
- The features that come as part of the software package, such as contact management, sales and marketing, and employee tracking
- How easy the software and program is to use
- The cost of the software and whether it fits in with your business budget
- The reputation of the software and provider based on consumer reviews and other ratings
- The level of support and assistance offered
Taking these factors into consideration, they completed a review of each solution. A comprehensive range of features, excellent support and eCommerce capabilities were all cited as benefits of using NetSuite.

“Offering a host of CRM tools that can benefit your business, NetSuite has become a popular software option amongst businesses that are looking for reliability and efficiency. The eCommerce facility that is available with NetSuite means that visitor information on your company website can be tracked and the data can be automatically transferred into the software. The application can be purchased as a standalone one or as part of the NetSuite ERP business system.
This software is easy to get to grips with, which is something that businesses will appreciate these days when time is of the essence. It offers a host of features, including customer interaction tools, lead tracking, and email marketing management. There are many other features that companies will find invaluable, such as being able to see which employees have interacted with which customers and being able to authorise specific employees to access certain customer accounts.
Some of the main features that businesses will benefit from with this software include sales and marketing features, employee tracking, and the ability to send individual or mass emails amongst other things. This is a user friendly program and is perfect for those who are keen to enjoy simplicity combined with efficiency.
NetSuite also offers a very good level of customer service, with emails addressed within 24 hours and a range of helpful tools and resources available online. Unfortunately there is no chat support available. There is also no social CRM application with this provider. It does have an above average rating of 6.2/10 from professionals on the G2 Crowd website and an excellent A+ rating from the Better Business Bureau.”
Their overall verdict was “excellent” and they concluded that if business are looking for a CRM system to cover all bases, then NetSuite can provide great benefits and streamline a range of processes.
