Self-Service Package
Under the self-service plan you take responsibility for the administration of your account. We will help set it up and work with you as much, or as little, as you wish. Support and training is provided in a case-by-case basis at your request, based on our standard fees.
- Ideal for: Savvy businesses that are comfortable managing their own users and just want the safety net of NoBlue in the event of unforeseen problems.
Self-Service Package
Under the self-service plan you take responsibility for the administration of your account. We will help set it up and work with you as much, or as little, as you wish. Support and training is provided in a case-by-case basis at your request, based on our standard fees.
- Ideal for: Companies that have a high service requirement. You need answers immediately to your support issues and you are determined that your users will be continually improving their familiarity and abilities with the technology (minimum 15 users).
Platinum Package
Collaborative working has improved dramatically over the last few years but we’re sure you’ll agree that there is no substitute for a hands-on, tutor-led, in person training session. Platinum package includes the benefits of Silver and Gold packages as well as a full day of on-site training, annually, per 15 users. We prefer to do this at a venue you supply, but please talk to us about our packages for hosting at our offices if that is your preference.
- Ideal for: Companies that have a distributed workforce who want to concentrate on their business and allow NoBlue to administer the service and ensure their workforce is getting the most out of their technology.
