About The Client
One of the UK’s largest online retailers of garden furniture and accessories, award-winning White Stores have grown their business since 2005. The scale of their growth put them in the market for an IT system that could handle the complexities of their structure and enable all their employees to start communicating with the same system.
White Stores were ready to invest in a unified IT platform to help sustain their significant growth and replace the multitude of software they’d outgrown. In consultation with ourselves, White Stores were able to appreciate the benefits of moving their business activities to NetSuite, where with our development, they could more effectively manage the growing business.
For White Stores, Warehouse Management was a huge factor in the success of the project. To ensure the system worked to the best of it’s ability, we employed our own in-house developed Warehouse Management System capable of delivering fantastic usability in the warehouse and a thought-out system able to add further visibility to NetSuite’s Order Management capabilities. With the new functionality, White Stores processes have been revitalised and Goods In through to Dispatch have grown more accountable.
To allow White Store’s multiple Sales Platforms to communicate with NetSuite’s Order Management, CRM and Accounting system, we were able to customise and install our own eBay and Magento integrations into their NetSuite system to empower their Customer Service and Accounting. The automation and ability to negate the effect of re-duplication creates both a time and cost benefit for White Stores in their new system.
