About The Company
Apart from Warlord HQ they have a Sales Office in America and Sales Reps around Europe. They are a growing business, from two guys in a kitchen table in 2007 to employees around the globe.
Challenges
Growing steadily, both nationally and internationally, with a unique and traditional product as war games miniatures, Warlord Games needed to unify commerce channels in a single system also capable of handling the supply chain, from manufacturing to final customer, linked to a powerful and stable financial and consolidation management tool.
Solution
The project includes implementation of NetSuite’s ERP, CRM, Sales and Marketing Automation and Financial Subsidiary Management and Consolidation, linked to Supply Chain Management. In order to be a real omnichannel company, we will be integrating with their already existing Magento tool.
